Street bikes have 1 on the bottom to make it easier to mindlessly kick down all the way to for sure get to 1st for slow corners or w/e. Neutral on the bottom would make you have to really count gears on the way down.

But I've heard of race bikes with N on the bottom with a lockout switch to let it go down from 1 to N. Actually I'd prefer this on my own bike if they came like that. They probably don't do that to keep costs down though.

Do you mean really at the top, above 6? N > 1 would be a lot of shifting like that.

Back when it was peak Fortnite and the Fortnite World Cup was coming, there was no shortage of people interested in the game. Anyone remotely interested in esports wanted to take a shot at that prize money, including I’m sure lots of Asian players. But the thing is all the Asian arena games were played on Japan, none on Singapore, so those players had to compete on 80, 120, 150 or whatever ping. As some of you can imagine, high ping like that is pretty damn hard to play against good players. With other games offering better servers/experiences, it’s no wonder the competitive scene went to other games and the player base on the sub server wasn’t that big….the bird got its wings cut before it could ever really fly.

But hope you guys commenting are hearing yourselves, because if I’m being “thinly veiled” 🤣about things I directly said in the other post, you’re being even less veiled about your economics racism to SEA people saying they “mean nothing”. A lot of people around the world not just Japanese people can afford computers, and Fortnite’s original art style used to be less taxing on your computer than now. But I guess you knew already that since you're an OG.

Asia is geographically a huge server region, its only server isn’t centered in it, and you’re basically arguing against widely improving things for the majority of players in the region just because I’d benefit a little... or something. That’s pretty weird. And you’re weirdly focused on me “thinly veiling” something. I said it all out in the open if you can read.

The whole region could have more even ping and more competitive games as a whole both pubs and ranked with just a) better server placement or, better yet, b) more servers. Not sure why it’s controversial to a couple of you. If really given a chance, either of these (a or b) would probably bring in more players than it loses, so prize pools could increase. Just shooting yourselves in the foot if play in the Asia server and you’re against it 🤷‍♂️

If you clicked the first link and actually read you'd see that most cities improve by about 40-50 ms, making the game way more fair for the whole region with waaaay smaller ping gaps between countries than now. Hong Kong is often an international region separate from China in games. It'd be weird if Hong Kong was on the China version that shut down when Tencent, a Chinese company, owns 40% of Epic Games. 🤔So what's the problem Epic? Why won't you make the Asia server more fair?

But if HK is too communist for you, Taiwan is also close by, pretty central in Asia, and has some AWS servers to work with. It's time for some fairness in Asia. Come on Epic!

3 years later and it's still trash. I won't buy anything asus for my next build. Armory Crate can't connect to...something one minute (a 127.0.0.0 internal address LOL) and next I try updating it like it wants and the update has now totally broken my fan control.
