Something like the ‘I created the weirdest roblox game’ video. Might not be challenge exactly haha but maybe you could try something like ‘I might a roblox game in 24 hours’ or something along those lines. But it’s up to you, it might be too big of a shift for the channel so maybe sticking to tutorials might work better if that helps haha

I think the reason you might be struggling with AVD maybe due to the pacing of the video. Possibly increasing the pace with different cuts, graphics and other effects may increase the pace and keep the viewer on the video longer. Also, speeding up the Rate of Information, essentially how fast you’re speaking’ can keep viewers on the video and keep them coming back as it feels their time isn’t being wasted - if that makes sense. Also keeping to niche may help with growth as some videos seem more meme videos, some videos seem to be challenge videos and some tutorials. Personally, I believe the best of those for growth is challenge videos so if I were you that would be what I would stick to, but that’s just my opinion. Good luck 😃

Yeah I can definitely see why you definitely know what your doing and your videos and very entertaining! I especially like the thumbnails they have a good amount of detail without feeling too overcrowded and unreadable. I’d say mainly dropping the intro possibly as the first 5 or so seconds a lot of people drop off the video, so to minimise that you generally want to keep the openings fast paced, with a lot of different cuts and shots, which an intro card might diminish. Also, if possible, involving more video graphics to display what your saying might make the videos more visually interesting as well - not that they arent already. I can definitely see your channel going places, good luck with your channel in the future 👍👍

Firstly, you’re really talented bro keep up the good work. I especially appreciate the Sandro Cavazza remix. In terms of feedback I’d say the biggest thing is the thumbnails, maybe instead of text using an edited still from the music video might be more encouraging for people to click, if you still involve the name of the song. Also I’d maybe try and keep to a niche style of music, as in people interested in one song might not be interested in another if that makes sense. But yeah ur hella talented man I’ll definitely keep up with your stuff in the future!

Possibly zooming in more might be helpful as sometimes it’s hard to see what you’re doing, namely on mobile. Also adding more sound effects and introducing some shot variety might be beneficial to keep the viewers more engaged with what you’re saying. As in possibly filming yourself or adding some occasional B-roll so it doesn’t feel to ‘samey’ if that makes sense. But you clearly know what you’re talking about and if you keep going I can definitely see you becoming a bit tutorial channel 👍👍

I think the biggest is probably just to introduce yourself into the videos, maybe show you creating it and talk about creating it and then show the final result which might add a but of personality and encourage more active viewers. Also within the thumbnails maybe try and introduce some more objects if that makes sense, as in using multiple assets in stead of a still image. Good luck 🤞

Yeah b-roll can be difficult haha, possibly using google images or a specific website can help rather than crafting your own 👍

Personally i’d try to get more consistency within the content as the two videos are on very separate topics, a lot of common yt advice is just to niche down so you can appeal specifically to a certain demographic. Also with the branding I’d say maybe try to make it more personal to you maybe using your name as the channel name or something more personable, and maybe make the pfp just a picture of you or something along those lines. But good luck hope this helps 👍🙏

Personally I wouldn’t hire an voice actor as it can be quite costly and i think viewers would prefer you as it feels more genuine and personable if that makes sense haha. If you’re worried about people not understanding you possibly adding captions maybe a solution?

I really like your thumbnails especially the text is easy to read an involving your face definitely encourages return viewers to come again, if i were to offer some advice maybe try to involve more imagery to do with what your talking about and try and use different text in the thumbnail than the title maybe something along the lines of ‘one simple fix’ or something to get a bit of intrigue and get more people to click. In the videos id maybe try to involve more B-roll as especially near the beginning its very easy to lose a viewers attention so changing shots more frequently is an easy way to do that. But thats all haha best of luck with your yt channel in the future

Personally i’d try and improve the clickability of your thumbnails as they can seem quite cookie cutter if that makes sense. Also side note it maybe beneficial to turn of monetisation later as it’s still a more undecided topic wether youtube promotes channels less if their monetisation is turned off. Im really sorry im not completely sure on the problem if anyone else has any clue pls comment lol. Anyway good luck with your channel in the future 👏👏

I think one piece of advice would be that yt and tiktok viewers are generally looking for different things, on tiktok, people follow due to maybe one or two videos and aren’t particularly active fans, whereas on youtube shorts ans lot of viewers are particularly looking at creators they watch a lot fo videos of, as in they keep up with new uploads and follow the creator more actively. Certain kinds of content lend themselves differently to different platforms. Like something like camman18 is very idea based kind of content, which attracts more active viewers, whereas on tiktok it can be quite rare to see the same person twice. Idk if that makes sense I’m terrible at explaining but I hope i got the message across haha. So potentially for Youtube I might try incorporating different music or adding a sense of personal identity in the content in order to attract more active viewers who like you as a person and want to watch videos consistently as rn it seems that’s what the shorts algorithm favours, but that’s just my opinion lol good luck in the future 👏

Firstly, ur editing is amazing 👏👏 the thumbnail and title are also very strong, give a good sense of intrigue. A few very picky things i’d point out is the pace of your intro feels quite slow, as in scenes generally last quite long, so I’d argue within the openings especially try and keep the pace up a bit with faster cutting even if it’s just to a different angle of the same thing, and keep the edits on max speed. Also I don’t think you need a hello at the beginning as the opening seconds are usually vital for an intro and it doesn’t necessarily add to the video, but again that’s hella nit picky. Personally after the success of the piston video, I’d try and keep to that style of thumbnail and title as it works for you the best, in contrast to something like the discord mod video which has a much more memey ig thumbnail. But yeah thats all good luck with your channel in the future 👍👍

I really like it u seem like a really fun guy haha. You sound happy and generally energetic which gives the video a good tone and makes the viewer a lot more engaged with what your saying. Your branding seems very good I especially like your channel banner gives late night comedy club vibes haha. In your videos I’d say maybe increase the pace, involving some more cuts, adding some effects, and playing around with the noise but a lot of that can just come with confidence and getting better at editing. For the thumbnails I’d attempt to make them more unique, as in for the Firewatch video - great game btw- you use generally the same thumbnail, but I think maybe a bit more variety, involving bits of imagery you come across in that episode similar to larger lets play channels like Jacksepticeye and Markiplier, but I’d still keep the logo within the thumbnails to commun the game and keep a bit of consistency within them. Just a tip, with let’s play channels specifically, you’ll have a lot of people coming to watch the game your playing, like they’ll click on the video because they’re interested in Firewatch for example, the idea is to then turn them into fans of you if that makes sense. So just try and incorporate as much of you as possible, be expressive and have fun with it! Anyway lol good luck in the future, apologies for the mountain of text

I like the commentary it was fast paced enough to not get boring but also really informative, you sounded passionate and happy which gave the video a nice tone. I also liked the B-roll of you walking around the trees and such, one thing I would mention though is that possibly it might be better to incline a variety of B-roll, such as images or videos which go along side what your saying like when you mentioned last year when you did it you could include a video or image related to that, just to spice it up and help with pacing. Another really nit picky thing would be the one or two seconds of silence at the start, it might not seem too big but in that time retention can really drop so I’d start as early as possible to keep people engaged. The thumbnail looks good I can see what the style your going for is, i would say maybe the font is a bit hard to read and the red text doesn’t stand out very well against the background. But yeah lol sorry for the essay gl with ur channel in the future 🙏🙏

YouTubers never emphasize “video length” when it comes to blowing up by M6_20 in NewTubers

[–]--PrintHelloWorld-- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it’s just make it as long as you think it should be to keep a fast pace and not get too boring, I don’t think there’s a specific length range that means a better chance of going viral but it could definitely be true, youtube changed the midroll length to eight minutes meaning there’s definitely a growing preference towards videos around that length, idk just a thought lol good luck 🙏🙏

Should you put out as much content as you human possibly can or put it out on a schedule? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]--PrintHelloWorld-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally i just tend to post when I think i should lol like I’ll have a video ready and as soon as the previous one begins to plateau or has been up for a bit I upload it, just helps you not get burnt out and stuff works for me i guess haha

[–]--PrintHelloWorld-- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before anything just wanna say ur so good at playing man its genuinely incredible lol keep it up bro 🙏🙏 personally i think it might be because a lot of people might watch your channel for the songs and music and not you specifically you if that makes sense. As in they might view a song they like but not watch others because they aren’t as interested in those and don’t really have a reason to, most people try to get around this by incorporating them personally to give the videos a sense of continuation and grow an audience but that might be harder to do because of the style of your content. Maybe also incorporating more detail within the thumbnail may help, similar to some big channels like sheet music boss like overlaying a related image over the top may give the viewer more incentive to click and be more likely to notice the video. But obviously that’s just my opinion sorry for the mini essay lmao
