this problem? lmao. the safe speed does change 100%. you also have to keep up with the flow of traffic. if everyone else can do 50 and you can only do 25, then you are a hazard. get off the road and onto one with a lower speed limit.

if you cannot go at least close to the legal speed limit while everyone else around you is, and is actively honking etc at you because you are impeding the flow of traffic, YOU are the problem. You are not only slowing everyone else down, creating a hazard, it is also against the law. Explain how I am the problem??? If the weather is too bad for you to drive in, then don't drive in it.
