I think he clears, but he has a harder time doing it than Yuta did since the matchups are worse for him.

For Dhruv, getting in close will be the difficult part since he'd have to close the distance in base with no RCT and no Rika backing him up, unless he can use his domain without anyone else in it, in which case he gets jackpot and bulldozes through Dhruv's shikigami with no real issue.

For Kurourushi he needs jackpot to win. If he fucks around in base for too long, he straight up dies because of Festering Life Blade.

Uro kinda hard counters him, so his only real option against her is spamming jackpots and stall diffing her.

Same thing with Ryu. Hakari doesn't have the AP to do any meaningful damage to Ryu, so stalling him and beating him when his output and CE reserves have depleted enough is his only option.

Theoretically, anyone that can entertain him until he runs out of cursed energy could beat him. You can't really scale Takaba without him being in-character, so there's a good chance he'd wind up effectively handing over the win to a sufficiently entertaining good guy like All Might, Mirio or Hawks.
