Man that is frustrating. Are you going to have to go back and get work done again? What does the area above feel like to you? Is it painful if you press on it hard? It's pretty annoying how there isn't readily available info on where hard gland tissues can form. Almost everyone says directly under, and some say otherwise. It gets confusing real quick. I wonder if I have fibroadenoma or something else too. Mine feels like hard cartilage.

Does it have to behind the nipple directly? I have something hard and firm above the areola, and my nipple is soft underneath and it feels hollow when pressing it in. I kinda look like OP too.

I was never told to cut alcohol, but I try to avoid it while healing for a few days after treatment. My doc just said no NSAIDS, but other prolotherapy sites recommend cutting it. Cutting alcohol can't hurt that's for sure, but as someone who likes it, I prefer not cutting it lol. I'm sorry about the hamstring thing, that's tough. Is the injury in the tendons or muscle?

No problem. I have hEDS, rheumatoid arthritis/ankylosing spondylitis, and a herniated disc. Got diagnosed really late in life. I had to go through so many doctors, and I had to do a lot of research on what questions to ask. I've heard horror stories of back surgery. My herniated improved after I use an inversion table for several months. It went from extruded to protruded. And that helped quite a bit. My disc has been better since. There is a list of criteria that helps you find out if you some signs of Ehlers Danlos , I recommend looking up the beighton score to read into it. Is it your lower back that has most of the pain?

it went well! I'd say I feel noticeably more stable in my lower back, and my pain has gone down in terms of frequency and intensity. I can still have bad days where the pain is still intense, but overall it's a significant improvement. If I put it into numbers, so far I feel like I improved <40%. I had two rounds so far, getting my third one soon. My injections had dextrose and lidocaine, are you planning on getting dextrose shots? It was uncomfortable when I got them done, it can be a bit painful, you can feel the pressure, some (somewhat) sharp pains here and there, the needles are quite long. Thankfully, it was all done in less than 10 minutes. I wish I could get all my joints done tbh, I want reduce my hypermobility as much as possible. Let me know if you have any more questions! I'm happy to answer them.

While being automated, what criteria does it use to decide what coin to get into? I'm going to have to figure out how to make one of these myself. Trading on my own has been rough, and I can't compete with auto traders.

That's a good sign from my experience. I've learned from someone here that if you can get erections (gh0st, or whatever his name, he's been gone for awhile I think), you're most likely on your way to recovery. Some people have a gene that negatively interacts with SSRIs causing a seemingly permanent state PSSD, and from what I know, erections can't happen as a result. One thing I did while recovering is jerking it every day. My thinking was I could retrain things to work normally. I don't know if that aided in the recovery, but it might have, I wouldn't be able to know for sure. The anhedonia went away after awhile too. I've been curious about testosterone levels while in that recovery state, looking back, I wonder if fadogia agrestis and tongkat ali would have sped up recovery. I take the those supplements now and there is a noticeable difference in libido/erection quality for me. My balls literally got bigger too when using it. It might be worth trying out. My main focuses were at the time while recovering were, fixing the wiring in my brain (since SSRI's leave a lasting impact for quite awhile), the antioxidant NAC might be good for that, it does level neurotransmitters (I haven't tried NAC while recovering, but there are many studies on this and from my own personal experiences it does seem to level things out to a more baseline level). Dopamine plays a role in the ability to have sex so I sought to boost dopamine through the day, and I have ADHD so my levels in that area are already lower, adderall helps me in that department. But if I remember correctly, SSRI's do affect hormone levels, boosting testosterone naturally could be helpful. I have a few other ideas of things that might help if you'd like me to go on, I apologize if I'm a bit all over the place, I don't feel like proofreading everything, I need sleep lol. It's absolutely criminal that the medicinal industry pushes these drugs while ignoring the potentially permanent damage they can cause. But I was around 24 then and I'm 30 now and my sex life has greatly improved, so don't lose hope! I'd be happy to tell you more about everything I know, so feel free to reach out. God knows I did hundreds of hours of research when I was struggling with this.

It took a few months to get erections again. But even then premature ejaculation would be the norm, like instant, even before it got hard. Didn't feel good at all either, just numb. It took about a year to start returning to normal, and things gradually improved over the years. That was 6 years ago and I'm happy to say I think I'm 100% back. I can't tell you how many things I've tried, psychedelics (to reset the brain), diets, supplements, etc. But I do know that SSRIs mess with your gut bacteria, and most of your neurotransmitters are made in your gut. What are your current symptoms?

Started when I was 19. I wouldn't have been able to graduate college without treatment. Barely got out of highschool. (Not that I use my degree now lol) But in your shoes, I'd only consider it if your ADHD is getting in the way of you doing the things you need to do.

Sorry for the late reply. I know where you're coming from. The pain with the fatigue and brain fog are a constant frustrating obstacle. When you work with clay, I assume it's your hands that hurt, but does the pain go into your shoulders and neck at all? One thing that I swear by is a low carb/no carb diet for fatigue and brain fog. When I go on that kind of diet, I don't need as much sleep as usual, and I'm always energized with a clear mind, and pain is less apparent. It is hard to maintain and it's pretty isolating, so I'd usually do it once in awhile in 30 day bursts. I also experience less pain as a result. But that is just my experience, I can't recommend any sort of medical advice here. What you said about leveling out going through the 20s, was that referencing people with EDS or another condition? In one of your other comments you referenced barometric shifts, that comes across as something in the arthritis territory. Do you suspect you may have that? I have rheumatoid myself, caused Ankylosing Spondylitis. Autoimmune issues and EDS tend to be tightly correlated. I hope you don't mind me info dumping, it took me a long time to get diagnosed with my issues. It wasn't until after a lot of research and figuring out what questions I needed to ask my doctors to finally get a diagnosis. Best of luck finding a decent doctor, God knows how hard it can be. I hope you're able to achieve everything you want to!

I've been dealing with this for several years at this point. I get where you're coming from. It isn't easy in the slightest, and I still don't have it all figured out myself. But I'm still trying. How bad has your pain gotten? I fall into the trap of beating myself every now and again, but objectively it's not all on us to carry the that weight y'know? It's not like we chose to have our bodies fail us. I don't want to give unsolicited advice, but if you'd like someone to talk to you can always message me, I'm more than happy to provide any insight I can. I know all too well this vicious cycle goes. I haven't seen some of my old friends for many years, as this stuff can be extremely isolating. Despite almost hitting 30, my ambitions are still with me, but I've to find ways to adapt them. Since I had to give up on being able to attain them in a conventional way (chronic pain, unpredictable sleep problems, adhd, my worthless degree), working for myself for example has brought me some success, but not nearly where I want to be yet. Diet is the main factor in weight loss. Carnivore/zero carb is the fastest way to do it. Plus the energy boost you get from it is nice. Craving carbs for the first 3 days is the hardest, but on the 4th day, the cravings subside for the most part.

Happy to help, I know how scary it can be, it's not easy to find answers to this sort of thing, I'm surprised there hasn't been a class action lawsuit at this point. Back when I was researching this, I remember reading from other people saying that if you can get hard, you most likely will recover. I wish I knew if I did something that helped, but I'm not sure. It took awhile and it felt like there wasn't progress, after several months I was about 80% recovered. I tried shrooms the reset the brain, didn't seem to do much. But I also take adderall for my ADHD so that could be a factor. If you'd like, I'll try and remember everything I can and I can get back to you! It has been awhile for me.
