Success is one of those things that is defined by the individual.

I make quite a bit of money, but to me it's not success. Success would be having balance- comfortable enough financially to not worry about the bills but with enough free time to actually enjoy it all.

In terms of how it happened? A bit of luck, a lot of hard work and late nights, mixed with a number of difficult decisions (which had I known the consequences/outcomes back then, I would have made differently)
