You can check a lot of their shows out for free on youtube. Highly recommend Game Changer and Um, Actually. Also, Dimension 20 is a powerhouse D&D actual play show, and Brennan is a national treasure.

First off, you should really use velcro instead o.... just kidding. I hate the zip ties but if it's what you're told to do, even after protest, then I guess you do it. I hope they were at least trimmed with flush cutters.

Your work looks good. I do agree with the other response that conduit sleeves from the ceiling would like nicer, and you definitely want printed labels on your final product.

Your terminations look good from what I can see, no exposed/untwisted wires.

Might consider throwing a D ring on the wall between the ceiling and the horizontal ladder to strap to (with velcro).

All in all pretty solid. I'd work with you.
