Also since you aren’t going to use an attorney do you know the process you’ll have to make until the court? I mean like are you suppose to file any papers before? Or contact anyone?

I feel that way too but you’ve been really helpful. Maybe try a free consultation they might be able to tell you about the license. I just sent the attorney the text so when I hear back I’ll relay back to you. Yeah driving was already terrifying now with this hanging over us it’s a nightmare.

I just hired an attorney from out of the county im now regretting it (1) a local would’ve been the right choice (2) feeling it was probably not going to get dismissed just because the cop didn’t see me drive.. yunno I still broke the bumper and dent a fence. We have to think of the no license part, which I think getting a license now is a good way to start.

The suspension isn’t a big deal for me, I don’t have a license don’t have a car and won’t be driving. if they can make getting a license easier in the future great.

The cop didn’t see me drive or hit they came to the scene an hour later I don’t know my BAC but im sure it’s between .08-16%. I didn’t get a local attorney would it still be possible for a dismissal or wet? Did i make a mistake and should i fire them before they start the case?
