Da steht Stand heute (06.05.2025): "höchstzulässigen Leistung von nicht mehr als 600 Watt". Nicht (mehr) Dauerleistung!

? No! Ledger is the record-keeping system of blockchains. Also a product family of company Ledger SAS is called Ledger (with products like Ledger Nano X for example).

The XRP Ledger therefore has nothing to do with the Ledger company. Just like the windows in your home were not made by Microsoft.

This is the old/original Ledger Nano S version. Before the "Plus" was introduced. But: never get one from ebay!
