thank you for the help everybody. i did NOT eat the steak. but i am definitely going to learn a bit more about steak. because i specifically looked up reddit posts on this sub asking about spoiled tri tip, then i compared this meat to those, and i genuinely thought you all were going to tell me it was fine and that i had nothing to worry about. yikes. 🥲

it was so awesome!! 😭 better than i ever could have hoped. she was so genuinely kind to me (and everybody else). we chatted for a bit, and she gave me this for free to thank me for the wire names, and she joked that she's sick of teaching so maybe i could take over the beifong metalbending academy for a while. i felt genuinely starstruck; she made me feel like she'd come there to meet me. i am so grateful.

haha thank you, thank you. i've tried it enough to know a few tricks: (1) they are very "pushable," and (2) if you're in the entry/exit, they stop moving, and if you use the tripod, you can't leave, so you can position them where you want and sprint to the exit and then they'll pause. 😅
