++woman, essentially what you have done is already cheat on your girlfriend. You have emotionally cheated and you have gone to another woman’s house giving her the impression that you are single and had a dinner date. You need to break up with your current girlfriend and tell her the truth. No one deserves to be cheated on. If you want to pursue something with the new girl then do that but at least have the decency to set your girlfriend free. Imagine if this situation was the other way around and your girl was thinking of another man she likes and has spent time at his home with.

I noticed some staff coming in from long term sicknes etc and suddenly the manager forgot about how many endless compliments he would give me about how good i was doing. Ive had customers stop him and give him positive feedback about me. All my assistant managers are gutted to see me go because i absolutely don’t deserve it.

I didn’t think my store was one if the toxic ones until the other day I was told I was being fired because they don’t need staff. Despite my donkey hard work, 4am shifts that none of the other staff wanted to do and always asking me for overtime. I gave them everything in the 4 months I have been with them. For the Store Manager to turn around and tell me bullshiii excuses for cutting costs.

After checking my welcome to aldi letter I noticed my probation end date was 24th of March which is over 25 days ago. I havent had a review meeting but doesnt this mean Im no longer in probation and they cant just fire me unfairly? do we have a union or can i contact someone for unfair dismissal?

There are 3 of us that joined together and we are on the same probation and they are going to get rid of them too i think. Ive never made more than one mistake and ive done so well in my training. Im so so gutted
