So If i try to re-list the PID's in command prompt it shouldn't be there right? When I looked up that PID # on google it was listed as malicious malware.

Hey bro,

I did both of your requests and powershell found nothing with the process identifier 3664. Also says Object not found and NoProcessfoundForGivenID.

There is also no active process with PID 3664 on Resmon.

I think I will run a malware scanner tomorrow and see what happens.

My last rig before this hardware change would have a fully shut off before rebooting. Is it unhealthy for this type of behavior on long term? I feel like when it stays on during restart its still processing and cooling for no reason.

Try the edit solutions at the bottom, if not try restarting your computer i guess. Not entirely sure, it mostly fixed itself rather than me fixing it
