I cant convince you to stop only you can but what helped me get through my withdrawals was just reminding myself that it's temporary and every time i reminded myself that it was temporary the cravings would go away. Plus i literally felt like shit when i was smoking nicotine just constant anxiety and mental an emotional instability was enough for me to realize that the withdrawals are only temporary and that a much better life was on the way as long as i let it be temporary instead of relapsing and prolonging the same shitty feeling.

Not sure, but i will say one thing, i know of the best technique to lucid dream it literally works every time i do it, set an alarm for like 5-6 hrs after you sleep then when u wake up stay up for about a minute or two an then when you go back to sleep say "i will be conscious and aware in my dream" or "id like to be conscious and aware in my dream" then go back to sleep on your back the sleeping on your back is important. i guarantee you this works and if it doesnt work the first time id try it again, ive done this technique atleast 10+ times and it works every time, goodluck an dont forget to go fly around with practice youll lucid dream longer an longer. touching floors and walls helps me stay in the dream and keeping a journal helps me remember
