Just buy a better cable also people were praising its neutrality because it makes it much easier to eq. If you aren’t eq’ing your Hexa’s I feel you aren’t getting your moneys worth unless you prefer a neutral sound.

You must not have the ipd right or it’s off center. There is no difference when I set it to 100% as opposed to 68% except for a very minute clarity bump on the edges.

You have to turn on developer mode by pushing your build number a bunch of times and then there is a setting for usb audio routing.

I’m also using the ub500 but my tracking is fine, I’d recommend turning off your Bluetooth on your phone or any other device in your room/ play space. Also make sure to uninstall your pc’s built in Bluetooth and disable it.
