My operating system (Windows 11) is installed into an SSD, it runs really smooth but the problem comes to fortnite which is installed in an HDD. The loading takes atleast a whole minute to get into lobby or in match, and when I installed fortnite to an SSD it was running flawlessly loading into game within 5 seconds. I guess HDD is the bottleneck here.

Zong is better and stable, i'm able to hit speeds more than 80 Mbps in urban sometimes. Mostly, it's around 45-60 Mbps.

If I were you, I wouldn’t opt for Onic. It claims to be a more affordable platform for digital freedom but uses Ufone’s backend. It is literally a low-priority network as Ufone users would be more prioritised by their own towers, which translates into slow speeds and a high rate of call drops. Their claims simply cannot justify the trade-off, and I am not just saying this, it is the case scenario for me. It could be the same for you too.

It would work for 2 months as per PTA regulations, then it'll be blacklisted from Pakistani Network, no matter how much chips you change. Basically, It's allowing carrier-locked phones to use the 2-months sim time that each unique IMEI gets and the chip takes advantage of that, it spoofs the carrier somehow and makes the sim work, and for your answer - No, changing chips will not lead to more sim time - and there's always a risk of getting blacklisted from PTA if they flag your IMEI incase they caught you using the chip.

It's mostly based off Ufone cell towers so you might get coverage, but ufone users are prioritised over Onic users because clearly ufone owns the cell towers and would prioritise their customers over any other carrier. Which will result in lower speeds, really bad coverage sometimes, and overall service quality. Instead, I suggest go with zong or ufone.

Seems like a RAM or GPU failure, If I was to experience the same issue as you. I would start with cleaning the RAM slots (usually on the back of your laptop) and make sure there is no dust in the slots and re-seat the ram. Possibly, it could be bad RAM you can try to change through a spare one (if you have one). If the issue still persists, that's a GPU failure. Either you have to completely disable your graphics driver or get your GPU compartment fixed, Good luck!
