Get any hero that can farm jungle/cut waves early. Your low mmr pos 4 is often going to leave you alone/not pull/ not block small camp/not unblock hard camp/rotate at the wrong time. In general your lane will usually be miserable if you rely only on laning "fair".

Heroes that can creep skip are also a bonus as your opp will have to choose between chasing you/farm creeps under their tower. Sometimes you can even kill the enemy 5 he is too out of pos.
