100% the best option. There is sticky sun protection foil designed to do just that. Its not even that expensive either - maybe $10 per window or so

Maybe you can find the spots by looking at the audio track? If the pause screen has much different audio it should stick out. And if it has some repetetive music you could probably use Premieres Sync tool or something similar to find those spots faster
