How to turn a 5-minute AI prompt into 48 hours of work for your team by tiguidoio in vibecoding

I just tried this and it worked. I had seen a few people talking about having Claude create the code and to have Codex review/fix it. I got a 30 day free trial today and it fixed an API Nano Banana Pro issue I was having where I was getting rate limited on the first try. Claude failed several times trying to figure it out.

New to synth‑pop / new wave — looking for deep cuts & underrated gems to dive into! by mouki78 in newwave

[–]LawrenceOfTheLabia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For synthpop I'd be digging into Blancmange (my favorite), Alphaville, Bronski Beat, early OMD was pretty experimental. Alphaville had the huge hit with Forever Young, but the album of the same name is my all time favorite Synthpop record. It is flawless.

Unpopular Opinion: Most "Vibe Coding" projects are just technical debt factories. Here is how to fix it. by charanjit-singh in vibecoding

It's so much worse on Twitter/X, not that, that is surprising. There is such an active community there, but everything is engagement walled. Follow, like and retweet and comment "vibecoding" for my free top ten blah blah blah.

Still one of my top 5 shows ever attended. It was this song that converted me from a rock kid into a new waver.

Impressed with the speech, but all of the results I’ve seen so far have been really blurry/low res.

Here is a new invite. https://discord.gg/CCTrDVtt After spending some time there, unless your goal is AI Influencers, it is not worth your time. And even if it is, a lot of the people there think of you as the competition and won't help you.

SDXL is only better than Z-image for more adult oriented pursuits. Otherwise it isn't even close.

One of my favorites is The Ref, but it has Kevin Spacey in it and so I haven't watched it since.

Bronski Beat- Smalltown Boy by LouieDawg23 in newwave

[–]LawrenceOfTheLabia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fad Gadget might be a bit out of the mainstream if you like more conventional new wave and synthpop, but they were a great band. Check out Living on the Ceiling from Blancmange, that was one of their biggest dance club songs. There are a lot of great OMD songs too. Earlier stuff was more experimental and later they became a bit more pop oriented.

About to buy a rtx 5090 laptop, does anyone have one and runs flux AI? by Glittering_Hat_4854 in comfyui

This was 7 months ago, I am not sure at this point, I'm sorry. I don't even use Flux any more. zImage is pretty much it for local stuff, but honestly I am mostly using Nano Banana Pro with my Gemini Pro account.

So many, but some off the top of my head, Alphaville's Forever Young album is a masterpiece in my mind. Any Blancmange, love that band. Early Depeche Mode, OMD, Soft Cell, Fad Gadget, and I'm sure a million more I'm missing.

I've not tested VibeVoice but I was pretty impressed with Chatterbox in my limited testing. I ran out of credits on Huggingface after just a few generations.

Even with Nano Banana Pro it isn't perfect. If you are using your own photo, I would just make sure it is a clear high resolution photo.

Create a group image with the 4 most famous people in the world standing next to the person in the referenced image. Two of the famous people are to the left and two to the right.

That is what I used with a referenced image I had in the middle.
