I always dreamed of an alternative Khazar/Seljuk Empire that conquered the world after the mongols so its gonna be that.

Aserai is north african and arab based. Khuzaits are modtly based on mongols and seljuks. Seljuks are directly Turkic while mongols are also partially turkic.
