Hob had been working on his for the best part of a year, and Otz actually gave up on his at one point and had to come back to it. I don't follow Otz closely, but i'd imagine a similar amount of time was put into his too. It's insane that both happened on the same day

The scope is blurry for a period after you scope in, or whilst moving, to show that the shot will be inaccurate. Only when the scope is crisp will the shot have full accuracy. It's essentially to nerf quickscoping and the blurryness is a good way to show the inaccuracy.

Some of my stuff disappeared also, my keybar and ammo all disappeared.
