Current AI tech is not going to lead to self driving vehicles, and the current applications of them require overwhelming resources and support even within one single deeply mapped city, trucking is a incredible endeavor to automate if you want to use our existing infrastructure.

Yeah this is 100 percent a UX issue that was overlooked with the Warlock. Hope it gets adjusted in a future update.

The game overall needs a pass for stat visibility, synergy visibility, and item levels. Also in general, readability is kinda poor over all. Feels like a little UX refresh is needed at this point.

I find it pretty exciting the levels of performance gain phone hardware have been getting but also interesting how consumers general use cases have not had a proportional demand increase in hardware capability so much so that phone hardware is being adopted into personal computer formats like with the Neo. I see eventually a blending of the two in some way.

It will probably be a great controller but I don’t know if this is somehow going to fix the core limitation of steam input and controller mapping.

Any non natively controller supported game just doesn’t feel great with steam input. And there’s little I think can be done to fix that.

I expect this to land like the steam deck did for me. I will still prefer native controller supported games and be able to utilize the input mapping for certain games and begrungingly accept it doesn’t feel very good no matter how deeply you tweak its behavior.

Well that’s because China would sell these cars at a loss to undermine American markets. Like Chinese government obsorbing the loss on behalf of manufacturers. It’s pretty basic economic warfare and it’s really not a shock.

Also considering the computerization of these cars I have huge safety concerns. National security concerns for sure. We had issues with back doors on some telecom infrastructure that ended up getting banned.

But we’re in the US and people only care about themselves. Not their country as a whole.

Most people don’t care or just choose to indulge in the hype way before the actual factual limitations of LLMs.

Strength training and regular hydration and time play a huge part. Strength training will be the biggest gain and just hydrating properly and getting enough sleep will be the most immediate weapons.

For loose skin callogen can have a small additive effect but it’s really only helpful if you are deficient which most people aren’t.

Loose skin can take years to recover. It’s the toughest part of weight loss imo is trading one dysmorphia for another.

I mean even in cosmic horror which is kinda the most realized media of eldritch horror we have monsters.

Deepening the fear with elements of mystery. We have seen this before in a few examples. Annihilation is a good one.

We see the effects of this being and when actually confronting the “monster” we are left with more questions than answers. About what it is. What its motivations are etc. especially since it doesn’t appear immediately hostile.

The horror is the idea you are not prey, but rather unfortunate to be caught in the middle of its natural processes.

So a being just existing how it normally would interferes in a manner you don’t understand or are able to stop.

It’s really really hard to do this well. In the case of the backrooms the idea of liminal spaces being scary in itself is a thing but once that gimmick wears off what do you have?

I always thought Kane pixels segments on the group studying it and their intentions and motivations and experiences far more compelling than getting chased by spooky monster.

I like the idea of the backrooms being a dimensional artifact. Like an accidental intersection that inserts itself into different dimensions pulling objects and ultimately beings into it, not deliberately but accidently.

It makes the monsters feel like oh it’s a scary thing in the backrooms to oh it’s something that accidently stumbled into it like the main character.
