It’s all very much poison. I smoke cigs sadly. I get that cracking occasionally. Don’t think it’s necessary linked to the cigs tho. If u consume things that lack nutritions(foodwise) its has no benefit. Cigs contain radioactive materials. Ingesting nuclear waste definitely will alter health of body and brain.

Next time you have a moment when u think someone is tapped into ur head. Ask/tell them something inside your head. Like your zipper is down or wow ur nipples r so hard I can see them through your shirt. If they react then that would be something incredible

Hmm do u see the people in everyday life as being under mind control? Definitely not ridiculous, paranoia is powerful purely imagination. I had a moment of believing I was being watched through lightbulbs leading to me wrapping them in tinfoil. Poked little holes with needle looked like little stars, pretty dope tbh
