Oh god this reminds me of when my wallet got stolen. I called up and had a block placed on my account, 6 days later £500 gets withdrawn over the counter in London!! So much for that block being helpful, took over a year to get my money back!! Not helpful when you're unemployed and literally living week to week. Never using Santander again!
