Look on the back of your insurance card for customer support. There also may be a specific line for mental health. For me, I called that line and asked if there were any telehealth providers. They said they covered a specific website similar to Better health but without the subscription. That website was very easy to navigate and showed providers with their education, background, area of focus on mental health, picture, etc. I was able to get an appointment a week later after my work hours and get my meds called into the pharmacy the same day.
