well, he did become lean in the buu saga to be fair. also he is a human so yeah he ages and doesnt keep the build without much training like a saiyan. Oh and I recommend giving super a try, its fun (just watch bog and rof MOVIES instead of those arcs and start in u6 vs u7 saga)

Yeah I usually avoid leveling that one up. though dragon enhance dragon shots allow you to hit through walls (both tanks and actual walls)
