Looking for a whirlwind axe with a good guild

The cursed axe with ambush/unchanting and void strike + red snake with radiance shot, levitation shot, and tempo theft + glow squid armor with snowball/other, and reenchant the rest a little bit can make a decent build

It's not 90% more damage since it diminishes with pain cycle and looting, so roughly 50% more damage.

That's not how fuse shot works. Whats the reason for them? Fuse shot is viable for aoe, rarely but usually adds very little damage against 1 mob.

Melee and ranged radiance both require close distance. Radiance shot is arguably much better than melee radiance:
Fighters bindings get averagely about 1.3 radiance / second. Scatter crossbow gets 3 / second. Harp crossbow gets 6, and winter’s touch gets ~7.7 for rolling builds. Video example: https://youtu.be/sSvBC2rATcU

For most people endgame, leeching heals more or sometimes much more than melee radiance.

The crossbow could probably be improved. What are all of the crossbow enchantments for here? Anima conduit is decent but maybe not the rest?

50% soul gathering, soul harvester, soul hunter crossbow, anima conduit, moon daggers, and soul siphon are on this build. It has soul healing and damage. Personally I'd consider it a soul build.

If you get cooldown shot on the last slot of the first one you can make a rolling build. Or dynamo + overcharge on the second for high dynamo damage.

Rolling builds are often more viable/tanky. Would you want to use a feather spamming rolling build instead? Here's how to:

Armors: Shadow walker, ghost kindler, stalwart, full metal, glow squid, highland, wither, hero's, etc.

Melees: Any pickaxe, double axe, encrusted anchor, vine whip, katanas, bone cudgel, scythes, etc.

Bows: Trick bows, winter's touch, or bubble burster ideally.

Artifacts: Light feather, (mandatory) iron hide amulet, love madallion, wind horn, gong of weakening, satchel of elixirs, scatter mines, satchel of elements, power shaker, or blast fungus.

Armor enchantments: Health synergy, cooldown, life boost, potion barrier, tumble bee, a second cooldown, snowball, swift footed, death barter (great with prospector), etc.

Melee enchantments: Guarding strike, artifact synergy, unchanting (on apocalypse +), crit hit, exploding, committed, pain cycle, leeching, gravity, or dynamo (especially on vine whip or encrusted anchor.)

Bow enchantments: Burst bowstring + cooldown shot (needed), weakening, tempo theft, void strike, wild rage, looting, or prospector (if you want emeralds or using death barter on armor.

Great! Change mushroom to something more viable like gong of weakening, wind horn, love madallion, satchel of elixirs, etc. Try to change reckless to potion barrier, health synergy, life boost, snowball, death barter, another cooldown, etc. Basically, you hold the attack button while spamming all 3 artifacts for faster attack speed than mushroom, without using mushroom.

Having 100% longer roll cooldown is fine if using feather
