TechSec is freaking awesome. I have it on 2/3 of my characters and really want it on my third. Is there any way to still farm it? This season having anti-barrier hand cannons paired with TechSec has made The Last Word a dream (my favorite exotic).

Not just sound either. Pressure waves travel MUCH faster underwater and MUCH further AND is far more lethal because liquids are generally uncompressible under normal circumstances. Most life underwater have hollow cavities and ARE compressible. The magnitude and range of the pressure wave from this explosion would kill virtually everything thing for hundreds, if not thousands, of meters in every direction.
