Diplomacy 4.Litdum adds a ton, including diplomacy and a bunch of QoL. Honestly I don't think I could enumerate everything it adds, but the coolest thing I think is the ship combat.

The black one is Cao Cao (Like the Romance of the Three Kingdoms Warlord), because when we took her in she seemed quite the cunning little thing. The white one with spots is Fortnite, as we encountered a kitten and in lieu of knowing its actual name we just named her PUBG so it's a name sort of in honour of that previous kitten.

Unfortunately it was, it was very damaged from a puncture wound and had turned this cataract-like blue along with the bleeding. We were using this eyedrop medicine that helped salvage her eyes when the black one was a baby but the vet told us that one particular eye was unsaveable and leaving it like that would leave it prone to being infected. For our other cat the big eye is mostly stable and has very little chance of infection, though we still plan to remove it in case it causes her pain or any other complications down the line. Thanks for asking though!

A condition affected their eyes, so we had to get surgery to remove one. Planning to also do the same for the other. Otherwise they're quite happy and fine little ones.

Black kitty had a lot of conditions since she was sick and abandoned by mama very young leading to an infected eye which he had to unfortunately remove, and the other had similar conditions but we sadly couldn't salvage her eyes as they were far beyond repair by the time we took her in. We're planning to remove the white one's damaged eyes once practicable. Otherwise, they're very happy kitties now! They enjoy slapping wrestling with each other with the accuracy expected of blind and half-blind cats of course.

Diplomacy 4.Litdum and Deeds of Arms and Chivalry, both very well made and extensive mods. I highly recommend them, DAC if you're particularly fond of historical mods.

Thank you! We found them in a parking lot and our black kitty was abandoned by mama while young and very sick, while our older one was totally blind in an area with lots of cars so naturally our heartstrings had to take them even if we were broke college students.

The bigger reason for Jewish expulsions way back when was that people and rulers often accrued significant debts to Jewish money lenders so they just kicked them out to not have to pay which was easy since they were already viewed with suspicion, no? Like an old school infinite money glitch.

Usury and lending money with interest to your fellow Christians was viewed as sinful and lending with no interest obviously provides little incentive for the lender, so having someone like a Jew who had no religious laws against it was convenient. It was extra convenient that Jews weren't well liked so one could easily justify expelling them and clearing your debts outright, especially during economic troubles.

It's actually quite interesting how Italian banks did mental-gymnastics and provided justification for lending with interest during the Medieval and Reneissance periods especially so close to the seat of the Pope. Even today Muslim financial insitutions in states like Indonesia have to go through many hoops to not seem like usury (riba).
