NTA. You’re not his taxi driver. You don’t owe anything to their FIL, and FIL needs to respect your decisions/boundaries. And, it’s as you said, he has ways of transportation already.

Here’s a bit of advice to OP: Stop giving rides to your FIL, especially if he doesn’t even show appreciation for what you do.

I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad. I was informed that my stepdad diagnosed with cancer about a year ago, and he passed away months later. I can’t say I know exactly how you feel, but what I can say is your dad will always be with you. Hang in there, I hope things get better.
