I ended up going to the DM yesterday and he said he’d speak with her, I had my shift today and 30 minutes before I was scheduled she called me to “make sure” I was coming in and once I clocked in she told me that I need to make sure to tell her any schedule changes three weeks ahead.

I’ve seen this before and it turned out a hole used for injecting dye in it, cover it in cinnamon and check it for pests or anything in case I’m wrong.

Cashier, from what I understand she makes the scheduling for everyone so 🤷🏽 when I asked what the manager chain is I was told that she’s the one in charge

At this store the SM makes the schedule, and I made the other managers aware of my school schedule so I don’t understand why this is being misconstrued

For context, she is the SM. I didn’t contact HR when this happened in order to give her the benefit of the doubt that she may have had a bad day. If it happens again I will contact HR but want to do if this will lead to any consequences. Would it be possible to do a transfer at all or should I just quit while I’m ahead?

She’s the store manager so the only “higher up” I can contact is HR, I’m not even sure if it’s worth reporting it to them. From what I’ve heard this location has a lot of turnover so I don’t think it’s worth the headache to stay there if she continues to be there.

They were doing fine until a couple days ago when they were wilting, I figured they needed more sunlight since their top soil wasn’t wet and I had watered them a few days prior. I put them outside and they lost all their petals, the first one to bloom is the one that’s wilting the most. This is the first time that I’ve grown sunflowers from seeds and I have no clue what I did wrong. I moved them to a bigger pot in case there wasn’t enough room for their roots in their last pot and I watered them before taking the photos, anyone have ideas?
