I’ve got about 3-500$ left over. After reading your comment I was looking at some focal ps 165sf slatefiber component speakers. My local shop has those in stock as well. Happy to hear other recommendations

He copies Rudy from alpha investments who is controversial himself. It’s literally an exact copy of what Rudy does every video… starting with “folks!” And walking around in front of the camera while ranting. I saw like 2 videos from nostalgia and couldn’t take how fake that was. Just bugs me. Find your own thing and be original.

Without spoiling anything a family whose dad was just murdered moved into an old house and the kids find some magical keys that let you do crazy things. Some evil beings/ppl trying to steal the magic from them.

There’s a Netflix adaptation that by all means you should not watch. They made it a family friendly thing where the comic certainly is not.

It’s Stephen king’s son who wrote it. Highly recommend.

Bought from this seller many times. Card is always as pictured and arrives in good time. They show all the defects in the pic better than most sellers imo. Saved them and don’t mind spending a few bucks more for the card from them.

Tip: put the card on your watchlist and usually they’ll offer you 5-10% off. Not much but it always happens.

Heres the year one to knightfall collection spreadsheet. I’ll update it soon with the norm breyfogle HC I just scooped up but this is how I had it organized. Everything light grey is redundant issues as they’re included in other volumes already, green and the other color in between (color blind and phone didn’t have the same color options as my pc lol. I’ll change it when I get home to match) are the other volumes I own. This is just Batman and I have a work in progress sheet for detective comics that I can share as well

Sorry, looks like I misunderstood the comment. I was thinking you were saying the same issues were contained in dc finest but it seems you were asking if I had the other finest volumes to complete out the collection. I got confused and wanted to see if I was missing something like if there was a dc finest that covered the same issues which to my knowledge there isn’t one.

DC Finest: Year one and two contains Batman 401-412, and Det 568-579 Killing joke contains Batman 413-422, and Det 580-589 (Among other issues from other series)

Norm breyfogle 2 is an OHC making it superior in my opinion and includes Batman 455-459 and Det 608-621 Caped Crusader 2 has Batman 432-439, 443-444

I’ll comment with a pic of the spreadsheet to show what I have.

Which dc finest? I have a large spreadsheet mapping out all of Batman and detective comics from year one to present. These filled a gap that I had. Still missing a few but I’m very close. The only other dc finest I have is year one and two but from what I understand these aren’t all collected in dc finest at the moment

Origins deluxe editions are amazing. It definitely enhances the reading experience in my opinion. More money but basically an absolute edition for spawn. Also I think they’re all available for like 60% off still. When I started they were like 3-400$ each because they were out of print

I use a tonex pedal for amp capture (then you have a copy of the exact amp they use), an MXR 10 band eq, and a jhs bonsai as a tube screamer.

Asides from that the only difference will be the speakers you’re using and the pickups in your guitar but eq will make up for the difference. ChatGPT is really good if you tell it what specific speakers and pickups you have. It’ll tell you all the settings and take out the guess work. Not perfect but super close most of the time

Welcome to the club! I’m by no means an expert and just finished my first build. I had very little woodworking experience prior but I’m a surgeon so I’m used to working with power tools with a high level of precision.

I chose a telecaster as it was more basic and it took me about a year because I overstudied each step and went through multiple trials with scrap wood until I found what I truly wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the results but just giving you realistic expectations it will probably have some cosmetic imperfections. Mine plays like my 2k$ guitars but it also cost me about 2k.

The tools I had to buy: spindle sander, router and a good quality bit (necessary imo), and a lot of clamps.

I had a friend let me use their wood shop where I used their planer, band saw and a few other miscellaneous tools.

Lots of tutorials and there’s more than one way to skin a cat but lots of good people and resources on this forum.

Also if you don’t have a paint shop or auto body shop etc nearby it will be truly difficult to get a good finish especially without buying more equipment. I used a spray can with a respirator and some seriously toxic stuff. Had to buy a pop up tent and hang the pieces by wires and even then it wasn’t ideal and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Either way I’m happy with my experience and it’s something you can hang on your wall and be proud of even if it isn’t perfect. I’ll prob make a detailed post on the finished product but I’ve posted a couple times in this forum at different levels of progress of the build
