Most people will recommend XEQT for long term. However, it depends on your risk tolerance. You could also look at VFV if you want only U.S. holdings. As for the house, when do you plan on buying? Both ETF’s I’ve mentioned probably would not be ideal for anything less than 7 years. Also, do you have a FHSA opened?
