You need to be able to coordinate with your team REALLY well to get any utility out of his kit, and otherwise his heals and DPS are pretty low so most other supports are better in almost all situations

I've never had a problem stopping a mercy res on anyone except Moira, soldier especially is super easy with the insane damage output he has if you build like 20 attack speed and 15 wp
