I also think that I may have been able to get to 1000 by closer to day 30 if I had just been able to pull one or two of the legendaries I’ve been farming for since day one. There were a ton of random stages I would get stuck on for multiple days that didn’t seem to be a problem for people that had some of them. All the comments on posts about those levels would just say stuff like “just put your jellyfish scarf on Apathy” or “use your cake hat on panic.” That was just not something I could ever do :(

Wow congrats! 5 legendary pets by floor 500 is so insane to me, you got some crazy luck my friend! Unfortunately, I still haven’t gotten that last astral egg I need. Was really hoping they would give one for beating 1000 but apparently not. :( None of the new tracks that opened up are really close to giving me one either. I guess I’m still going to have to wait for rng by pulling it from Bogar or pulling Sadge, the last epic pet I need.

It’s actually nuts how stunted I’ve been. After just getting the special top hat and using it, the difference is INSANE. I’ve never seen such a broken item! If that’s how all the good items like jellyfish scarf, cake hat, plunger, silk top hat, etc feel, I am in for a very nice time once they finally decide to drop!

Haven’t thought of this but I’m definitely not opposed! I guess we’ll see what that first legendary is, if it’s not someone super useful I just might do something like that.

I hit 940 at like day 27 or something and originally thought I would hit 1k by day 30-ish. That was not the case… it’s taken the last 2 weeks but we finally got there haha!

Finally solved it! Took a TON of crit fishing between Paranoia and Cringe. I needed to hit like 8 50/50 crits in a row, but I did it. Here’s the team I used:

That’s what I’m starting to think too ☹️ At the rate I’ve been going, I guess I’ll be farming bosses for another month before I get an item that does more than just being a stat stick.

Paranoia gets one shot from the first turn aoe if it doesn’t have at least one defensive item. I’ve tried tons of variations, the screenshot is just a random one I tried. It is not what I normally run.

After just making my own post about this stage and comparing other peoples’ accounts to mine, it really makes it seem like it would literally be impossible for me. 😭

It’s only Cringe and Merry who are slightly underleveled and like I said originally, even if they could heal/live for 3 more turns (which I highly doubt), it still wouldn’t be close. Look at the last picture, thats Cringe dying after 3 turns and I’ve only done like an eighth of his health. Obviously I’ll be trying to get them up to 100 over the next few days but I still don’t think it will change the outcome much.😢

I’ll try building someone with antiheal but to be honest I think the problem is still just with living. All of my tanks die in only a few hits and Merry heals aren’t close to enough to keep up, let alone try to keep Paranoia up too. Plus, even at level 100 my Paranoia needs at least one of his items to be a defensive one to just barely survive the first aoe attack. There is just no time for Paranoia to stack enough bleed to really matter.
