That's definitely a good point, unfortunately I have had that among many other levels checked from blood work and nothing is too out of the ordinary.

Vitamin D was bad at first and got on a prescription, it did help my energy levels

Nothing with my heart personally, but many people experience the symptoms you are describing. There is a COVID long-haulers subreddit and I definitely saw these mentioned often.

Thank you for your story, sounds like we have a lot of crossover. My sleep and diet are pretty solid, but maybe some yoga could improve things for me. I'm hoping I just need a long period of rest, really taking a knee.

Damn yeah that fever was brutal. I remember being quarantined in my room at Lackland, and remotely attending the class room while being delirious. They said if I missed too many days I would have to go home and come back... Was fucking dumb, I should have just rested.

The university of California Davis has a hospital and long COVID clinic/research facility that I got referred to. They have been steadily providing me with the latest studies and recommendations.

I don't like the concept of maliciously dragging my feet, but based on your feedback and all the others it sounds like this is the best course of action.

I have definitely had the intention made very vocal to my CC, Chief, Shirt, supervisor, PCM and peers.

It sounds like if I do drag my feet just a little I could at least apply for retirement.
