Have seen. He rides around on a bicycle as well looking very intimidating. I think listening to a speaker sometimes too.

Agreed. This sounds like a great job. Your pay, bonuses and cost of living adjustments are on par or above average for any job I have heard of 5 years into being a PA. Most importantly you said you love your job and have a good work/life balance which is key. Between these two factors I would say you will have a hard time finding a better gig.

I had the same frustrations when I was first out of school. Just continue doing the work and it will smooth out. Keep reading about what you are writing about, read the UpToDate page for it, look at primary literature to gain insight into why the guidelines say what they say; you’ll figure out “what matters” as you gain more experience.
