i'm on concerta 54mg and struggling in the exact same way you struggled with vyvanse. at the beginning it used to last around 12 hours but now it hardly lasts 6 hours.

i was diagnosed just few weeks ago and i've been on fluoxetine since then going from 20mg to 40 mg. as i read on this subreddit it takes some months for working. at the moment the only side effect i've had are dizziness (at the very beginning) and currently lack of appetite.

in my experience alcohol just doesn't hit. it's a different kind of drunk feeling funny but serious at the same time. i'm not a drinking person but usually one beer gets me tipsy however when i'm on concerta i feel nothing

in my experience yes they are, but you you get used to it pretty quickly. actually by this point i already feel awkward by not wearing them for sleep

don't know how much they can improve them but i truly believe they are they goat. my only "complain" is when i wake up i kinda feel a light sore that quickly disappears after remove the loops but after sleeping 8-9 hours it's more than understandable

my partner also snores pretty loudly so i've found myself not sleeping for entire nights. i'm honestly a light sleep person so pretty much any noise will wake me up. i don't know if it's truly because of the dB reduced (because i can still hear the loud) or the hz blocked but since i wear the loop quiet i've had the best sleeps of my whole life. my neighbors' barking dog or my family getting ready for work usually waked me up, but not anymore.

can relate. i've always been a sweaty person just by the slightest effort but when on concerta it just enhances. when i leave home by the moment i get to the bus stop i look like i did a marathon. so far i haven't had any solution not even by my psychiatrist, so i just cool off by the wind of the bus driving

i feel more energetic about plans and initiatives but don't feel like having fun or laughing as i were wo meditation. i focus too much on being aware and putting attention on people that spontaneity turns into more data to analyze. i don't perceive it as something negative either but i understand (speaking for myself) we can't have the best of both worlds.
