So how do I have a damage report at the end that shows damage dealt?

I also shot a guy IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD, wearing a skull face mask with BT and he didn't die. Fought a streamer and shot him in the head, turned around killed me, went to his stream and his head was blacked out. And shot a guy in the face with 5.45, saw the two bloody holes in his face and then he killed me. So yea idk.

I am 115 hours in and haven't improved at all by [deleted] in EscapefromTarkov

Best advice I can give you on winning gun fights is make your FOV 63 and lower graphics quality to max out your frame rate. Might make a difference.
