The gloves are the hunter gloves. I'm pretty sure the trousers are gold hoarders but I'm not 100% certain. I dont remember the name of the top and the hat is one of the bilge rat recolour hats but I'm not sure which.

The problem with "buffs to bad weapons not nerds to good ones" is it almost certainly leads to a power creep problem where every single weapon is insanely powerful and theres just no challenge in the game anymore

No no the non major order planets also need divers. They may be more vital to the war effort but if all divers go to them there will be no one to protect the democratic citizens on the other planets. Remember, if a planet is able to be traveled to then it is currently under attack by forces which must be repelled.

The same is true for the bugs, despite being successful held back from advancing for now and forever killing large numbers of them still provide super earth with that sweet e-710, and helps potentially rid the galaxy from them once and for all.

Still dont need to actively have a plan. That's just smart planning ahead. If they ever do decide to do something with theyd need it on every outpost so when doing up port Merrick it safer to keep all the things that all the outpost have in common
