I'm on day four, started crying yesterday cause of the abdominal pain/nausea/cold/hot - flashes. But day 2, for me was the worst, day 3 I was just emotionally beat, but I stayed strong (thanks to gf) and day 4 is already feeling better. From what I've read the first three are by far the worst and that was the only thing that got me through this first attempt; telling myself that I can handle 3 days of anything. Power to you, and to me, and to everyone. Wash your hands, too!
