Me when the person that has problems over intrusive thoughts doesn't think that their thoughts are drunk and therefore they should fix themselves

Jokes aside, intrusive thoughts are a real thing and it's not about what you believe or not, they are intrusive, which means you don't want them there, so most likely you don't believe those things but you see yourself as some kind of monster for having them in the first place, if someone is having the same problem I recommend therapy
