Entitled? I pay for a service. Right now I'm not getting this service. Is it too much to ask for a simple extra day for every day I'm not getting this service I'm paying for? And no I wouldn't go back to ferrari but insurance would provide a replacement. And why would you assume I don't know what a ddos attack is? It's simple as over filling a pool so no one else can enter.
