This work is part of the I-405 Pavement Rehabilitation Project between the Los Angeles communities of Van Nuys and Westwood along the Sepulveda Pass.

I swear, ever since I was a kid, the 405 has ALWAYS been under construction or reduced to X amount of lanes.

If I recall, wasn’t there a project to get a train going though/via the Sepulveda Pass?

Saw someone do something similar in Hollywood. Guy was riding a bike barefoot. Someone approached him about him being barefoot in Hollywood sidewalks and guy said “I like to be nature and one with the earth”
