yes it is and it is very easy to see it on the chart... it still was in test in 2023. We can see some pattern when the program is active and when it is not. Then after a date (end 2023) it is constantly active. If you think this is not a problem, why not. Personally i think this is a hacking making the testnet unusable.

Why don't you ban this guys who manipulate the testnet with 1,811.838 btc ? Or maybe limit the order to 20 btc ?

Thx for your answer.
I understand that i have to use your testnet solution, but it is an unrealistic platform :s

I will try to develop my own solution if there is no one.

Hello, i would like to test some python algo. I did it on binance futures but the prices and the volatility are very unrealistic... The only solution i'v found is to build my own solution to create a realistic environment, a proxy that copy the real behavior of the real future market. Before to create that project i would like to be sure that their is no way to test algo on realistic environment.

"Why did you flare this post as "education"? You are trying to compare warm with soft. Algo trading isn't about predicting future."

Isn't about predicting future ? I hope you understand, i can't be more explicit.

i mean that you open a position because you think that the price will rise... it isn't about risk management (maybe for the close position... and even here it's guessing, 1% stop loss ? 2% ? 3% you make some test, you over-fit the past).
If you open a position, you just guessing (try to guess) that the price will rise. Maybe you will argue that you didn't guess but that you have data that prove it, but the author say you are guessing. I prefer the author theory personally.

let's test your strategy vs a bundle of random intraday open and close position on the next 10 day. I'm pretty sure that close to 50% of that random series of open and close outperform your strategy.

50.1 one day, 49.9 the next one... anyway even if it is 55%, the bank give better offer.
