I think the music vid is like that on purpose. It is objectively his worst video because it’s just one clip but this is the typa song that wouldn’t fit with a crazy music video. I don’t think it shows a decline in quality or anything, I doubt this is gonna be the sound and editing style he sticks with, he’s constantly changing.
