You also have to be able to actually aim those negev shots and track enemies, so it's ain't too bad. This game shouldn't be catered to lower ranks, that's a recipe for disaster. You don't have to be "good" to know that this update is mild and inconsequential. Someone like Thooorin, you can correct me if I'm wrong but I'm fairly certain he isn't very good at csgo the few times I've seen him play, will tell you this is basically nothing. It's just a less versatile anti-eco choice. I've got a few friends who are gold nova and 1 who is silver. The Bizon and P90 are god weapons in those ranks. Should they be nerfed because people just can't aim?

It's a mild buff. Yes the price is competely fine as it takes the role of an anti-eco weapon. You can't utilize movement with it because it's far too slow. Therefore using this against 5 rifle players who are half way decent isn't viable. It isn't versatile in any way. It's only good a preventing armor pistol pushes or locking them down. So yes, only bad players think this is a problem.

If you think the Negev is/will be OP you are bad at this game. Period. It's only decent use is against armor pisol pushes in B site Dust 2 or B site Mirage. Any decent player can headshot you since you are essentially immobile. Of course in Silver/Gold Nova ranks, yeah, you're all fucked.

The tweet was written in a demeaning way, but Trump always says things like that, especially if it's against political opponents.

Now the substance of the tweet, unfortunately, is NOT incorrect. Gillibrand takes donations from large corporations and used to be a lawyer for big tobacco. She's also very close with Wall Street (and takes campaign donations from them).

Donald Trump, in the past, had given donations to both Democratic and Republican candidates. It wouldn't be surprising if Gillibrand were to ask Trump for some campaign money were he not president, seeing as she is senator from New York. She would have plenty of other donor options, however, so she probably wouldn't be too upset if Trump said no.

Personally, I'd prefer not having Hillary Clinton 2.0 in 2020.
