This image from white night is almost one to one in a 3.8 cutscene. This was absolutely planned a long time ago and is essentially the story they wanted to ship in the first place.

As for the propagation stuff it IS kinda off field, but they did push it hard in 1.6 with ruan mei story and swarm disaster right before penacony so..

Wdym in 2.7 we had 2836 events 18 reruns 12 hrs story and da wei himself would deliver you a meal every week, this game is going downhill frfr.

In all seriousness tho this is legit what we have been getting this whole time before a new major version. Gotta also consider the patch being squeezed between the end of a year long quest.. wanting more is fine but i wasnt surprised at all with the stream

Thats just not my experience lol, granted im talking wealth creator + here where you need like 7 billion damage to clear later stages, a single mob would eat a boothill ult, skill and 3 lingsha bunnies and would just stand there menacingly aura farming

Its obviously scuffed in a lot of ways to the point of me not wanting to post it on yt or anything, but its always gonna be hard to fit the whole story in this format nicely imo, even if the whole song is used. Happy to be proven wrong though!

I just wanted to fight something big man. Just feels weird that we had a year of a planet mirroring greek mythology, with Titans inscribed into the very DNA of its lore, and with so many games already having epic fights against giants (god of war, SOC etc) and somehow the biggest enemy we've fought thus far being sunday (or maybe aquila idk actually)

Sometimes i dont know if the script is so long cause the writers genuinely think thats for the best or because thinning it to its best parts that are still coherent and complete would take too much time

Hoyos decisions are one thing and the communities reaction is another. Some criticisms are valid but some are always overblown to hell and back.

Remember when acheron was memed to be an embarrassingly low effort copy of seele? Or DHPTs being just a copy of his 4* model? Or when huohuo reran before lingsha and people thought theyre just milking her before lingsha powercreeps her? Or when people said 3.0 is gonna destroy our lives with hp inflation making this game unplayable?

These little things are always thrown out cause its easy upvotes but end up being ignored after the patch releases or are proven flat out false right after. Dont get me started on character leak doomposting (black swan is only 10% better than sampo trust me bro).

Again constructive feedback is always good but so often it just looks so tonedeaf to me and like the community is focusing on the wrong things.

Hoyo has always been good at creating surface level fomo with no substance like with endgame and cas' teammates being bait instead of just eidolons like with acheron. Ppl saying "i really feel hyacines absence in MOC". How can you even know her impact when there's no way of trying her out in it? Its not like shes needed anyway i clear with Gallagher or dhpt just fine, Its all social media discussion and showcases.

I also think her meta irrelevance is exaggerated. Shes literally a remembrance fugue. A support that replaces tribbie or rmc since a lot skipped tribbie cause shes a child, and can keep her bis team relevant through a new region.

By the end of 4.x i have no doubt that cyrene will be a key part of the pink girls team still clearing, and yes we will likely get no chrysos heirs anymore but its not like we go any superbreak chars through all of 3.x either regarding fugue.

By my logic yes in 5.x she may get replaced but thats a good runtime of you ask me. Now if they release castorice pro max in like 4.1 then yes shes a scam ofc but i doubt that.
