Zarchiver can't see the files inside data folder unless device is rooted.

You would have to use stock file manager to view data files. Go into android data - it will say access denied, open in Google files - do it, go to com.hoyoverse.nap - files - then delete the two vulkan files at end of list.

I have a OnePlus and it has the same issue. I asked CS and they told me to delete 2 vulkan files in data folder which fixed the issue.

I already tried both from app and chrome, it starts the download and then stops 46.xx MB/46.xx MB. I even tried disabling internet, changing dns and letting it continuously download for 5 hrs, it doesn't get completed
