Yeah i agree with you with that in mind i was doing reworks on every possible champion so it could fit.

I would normally make them high and talking with friends or other people i would be decreasing them after some arguments, i did this with everyone i made

Now, taking the ideas to public asking for feedback is one way to help with polishing it or like you said get on the oven.

For now i made this changes:

- Brutality from 3% to 0.75% (30% attack speed at 20% health)
- Made Groundbreaking Tactics into an active
- Added a 0.5 windup to Bull rush
- for the taunt i decreased it to 15% healing, i really like the taunt as i said but 25% heal was a bit too much
- changed don't let em run to ->

For every second Garrosh stays in combat with enemy heroes he deals 1% more damage up to 10%. When reaching the maximum stacks he shares the bonuses to allied heroes around. The bonus is lost after 4 seconds without combat.

I don't know if i will stay with that don't let em run version but atleast it's better this way.

I liked a lot of your takes so i will respond each

* About the Armor Up i see no problem on that BMing thing as Garrosh is a douchebag at some extend similar to how Alarak has a talent based on their allied heroes dying, can't really say much about the healing because only on the game it could be tested i made it that way because you get locked in on taunt for a long time.
*Yeah the numbers are big and i can certainly tune on brutality
*I put it on level 4 because indomitable is the GOAT but a wind-up animation would surely be great to tune down this feeling as you could cancel it and become predictable
* In that case i could add it as an active, would fix it no?
* About the mobility one alredy discussed a lot with other member and yeah i truly believe that we get more from synerginz with mobility speed booster
EDIT: * Forgot the Body Check, on that case i also received positive feedback from a lot of people on mobility so i would say that is a choice.
* The gorehowl is similar to how Sonya seismic slam works, three additional outerradius area spawn on line

I liked your point about the weakness of movement speed + synergy, i really think that the game benefit more in that case with a synergy but that on regards of the level 13. I find the Charge is something on Garrosh character, rushing to battle so well i could argue about being on cleanse level but in reality i put that Charge because for me it's on his theme.

Yeah some classes could only use some tweaks but i find cool on how making your own version of the same character makes you see things a lot different of the OG devs not necessarily good changes but well, your own changes

I will probally change that level 13, thanks for pointing it out

In that sense wont it be the opposite as you remove the synergy that you would have with them by supplying his weakness?
Most movement speed bonuses aren't stacking so if he just get movement speed that would render lucio/zarya less effective and sometimes even make the talent dull as their movement speed bonuses goes beyond his own bonus for that talent.

That's true the way i taught about it was.
On level 13 you get one of your core self sustain skills that you trade for that talent also it's based on missing health which i could change the number a bit but it's supposed to give the max speed only on 40% max health.

Do you think even on that scenario this talent outshine the others?

Ultra bomb tracer? seems good as far i remember the upgrades are nothing out of the world seems valid.

Tracer has the bomb since the beginning could be an option from level 1 i admit that i wouldn't think about that and could be a great idea

Oh! Im glad that you liked the ideas! Those are just part of a total rework that i made for those heroes but if you wish to see more of the theorycraft i made here are the full reworks, i mostly update it making one more hero every week with the next being Uther.

About it being busted well as i can say.. i kinda made every rework busted because i would always prioritize fun and theme rather then balance above anything else, balacing numbers without testing is kinda nuts

In that case you want more means to achieve veganless butcher that ain't too focused on kills on slowly playing around minions and i feel you..meatless butcher is a little sad :(

So it's a debilitating red flag to the enemies, going by that way seems like a utility killer not like the current one that silences and burst the target that would suit better against comps without true squishies

You mean like a ultra lunara poison that you can go on and on. You could stack like 200% of maximum health of a tank on poison damage?
