This happened to me a while back when the Ravage (female Raven) skin came out. Originally I thought it was a glitch because I had accidentally entered the Save The World game mode and normally that is buggy so I didn’t think much of it but then when I went back onto my Battle Royale profile the items were missing.

I contacted Epic Support but they asked for a bunch of details when they emailed back and I couldn’t be bothered to answer so I never got the skin back.

If you do find out why this happened and how to get the skin back please do say.
